Returns & Exchanges

Only products purchased directly through Blue Ribbon Buckle Co.® and may be returned or exchanged.

If you have purchased a BRBCo. product at an independent or multi-unit retailer, please see the establishment's return policy terms and conditions.

If you are not happy with your purchase, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your BRBCo. accessory so that we may quickly have the opportunity to remedy the issue.

All returns and/or exchanges are welcome providing they are submitted within 30 days of the original purchase date. BRBCo. will not honor any returns or exchanges after 30 days of the original purchase date.  

To return or exchange your purchase, you must include a copy of the purchase receipt along with the return/exchange form which is found with the enclosed packing slip. Don't have a return/exchange form? Please contact us. We will email the form to you.   

Please make sure to completely fill out the return/exchange form prior to shipping. 

Without the purchase receipt, you will receive BRBCo. merchandise credit for the original selling price of the product.

Refunds and exchanges are not available for any BRBCo. Holsters that have been made custom or personalized.

Item(s) purchased on sale or clearance are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.

Products for return/exchange must be unused, unworn and unaltered with the original tags and housed in the original intact packaging.

Do not send/return BRBCo. products in an envelope.

You will receive a confirmation email from our Return Department within 48 hours (Monday – Friday) upon receipt of shipment. 

Once BRBCo. has received your return/exchange, it is discretionary upon Blue Ribbon Buckle Co.'s Return Department to determine that the item has met all Return Policy requirements.

Upon meeting the Return Policy requirements, BRBCo. will issue a refund to the original credit card used for payment. Please allow (7) business days for processing.

International orders are all final sale.

BRBCo. does not provide prepaid return labels for returns/exchanges.

BRBCo. does not provide refunds for any shipping and handling cost incurred for returns/exchanges.

Defective or Damaged Items

In accordance with our Return Policy, the defective or damaged item must be returned within (10) business days of the initial date of delivery to deem replacement or refund.

Gift Returns

If you have received a BRBCo. product as a gift, please follow the terms and conditions of our Return Policy. 

In accordance with our Return Policy, gift recipients without a purchase receipt will be issued Blue Ribbon Buckle Co. store credit.
