Please include a return/exchange form along with your damaged buckle frame.

Please send only the frame of your Buckle Locket to our Return Department.

Do not send in an envelope.

The replacement service of the specialized strengthened glass is in accordance with our Return Policy.

Please make sure to include a valid email address and phone number.

Our Return Department will send you a confirmation email within 48 hours (Mon – Fri) upon receipt of shipment.

Blue Ribbon will send back your repaired frame within (10) business days.

Blue Ribbon does not provide prepaid return labels for exchanges or returns.

Blue Ribbon does not provide refunds for any shipping and handling cost incurred for exchanges or returns.
